School Laboratories – New Installations

School Laboratories need to be designed with flexibility in mind so that the full range of science subjects can be taught to students in Keystage 3 & Keystage 4.

Large work surfaces give students the opportunity to undertake work end experiments with ease.

Good classroom flow is essential to enable students to participate in group work as well as individual pieces of research and testing.

Our lab furniture and storage designs take into account the use of the full range of equipment that is required for experiments in Chemistry, Biology and Physics.

We can design and fit out laboratories with equipment to cover a full range of activities:

• Research & Evaluation – Clean spaces with large tables and networked computers for design, research  and report writing
• Experimentation – Large work surfaces for experiments and testing of subject principles

Safe and secure storage of equipment is always factored into our classroom designs to ensure equipment can only be used by students when needed or removed by authorised staff.

The key focus of our classrooms and furniture design is not just learning enjoyment, but also academic study! We try and ensure that the design can facilitate subject lessons from Key stage 3 and Key Stage 4 for Twenty First Century Science, Chemistry, Biology and Physics to enable students to reach their goals in either AQA, OCR, CCEA, WJEC, SQA and Edexel GCSE, AS and A Level examinations.
